In the words of Mark Twain, “There are lies, damn lies and statistics”.
The title of this post should have read “63% of Australian adults read blogs OR listen to podcasts OR watch videos from other users OR read online forums OR read customer ratings/ reviews”. Given that this is what Forrester class as a spectator.
